Step 1 - Virtual Appointment
Floating Additions meets with you virtually for one hour to discuss your ideas and living needs. We consult with you on solutions and tailor a plan that helps bring your vision to light in a way that is efficient in time and spending.
Step 2 - Site Measure & Architectural Drawings
After the appointment, we visit your home, talk through some options, and get the measurements for each room. This is so we can produce a set of drawings and show you what and where the new space will be.
Step 3 - Final Planning
Once we complete all the drawings, we will meet with you again to review all the drawings. Once we have reached an agreement on the plans, we will work on the planning documents to get approved by the City so we can confirm and proceed with the work on your new home.
